Please be informed that your personal data, indicated in the Device Acceptance Act, and the data about the services provided to you, are processed by Transparent Trade , code 40103689992, address Jauna str. 30-1, Jurmala, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and by the Vendor of delivered device for the purpose of customers’ database administration, and for the purpose of providing the services ordered by you.

With your acceptance, the data submitted by you to the Company and the manufacturer of the device may also be processed for the purposes to evaluate the quality of provided services and customer care: the manufacturer of device and Transparent Trade can use my telephone, mobile and email to contact me after the repair service is completed to ensure my satisfaction and improve the manufacturer of device’s service quality.

Personal data is processed and stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are managed.

If you no longer agree with processing of your personal data you have a right to contact the Company by e-mail info@transparent.lv and/or the Vendor of Your device with their contacts provided in the Annex no. 1. Furthermore, you may lodge a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate if the data processing may infringe your rights.

Client Personal Data Processing Policy

If you give us the consent, your personal data, indicated in this Device Acceptance Act including information about the services provided to you, will be processed under the instructions of Transparent Trade, code 40103689992, address Jauna 30-1, Jurmala, Latvia (the Company) and by The Vendor of your device for the purposes of customers’ database administration, in order to provide your ordered services and evaluate the quality of provided services and customer care.

Personal data is processed and stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are managed.

Data processing is being performed in order to perform agreements and legal obligations of the Data Processor regarding servicing Apple products (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of The European Parliament and of the Council “On the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC“ (the “GDPR“)).

The Company ensures the confidentiality of the data processed, implements organizational and technical security measures for personal data in order to ensure the security of personal data contained in the client’s installation from accidental or illegal disclosure as well as any other unlawful handling. Your personal data may be transmitted to processors in cases where it is necessary for the provision of services or other obligations arising from the Company.

The company is ready to enable customers to exercise their rights, i.e. y the right to request access to personal data of the data subject (client), to correct, delete or limit data processing or to deny the right to data processing, as well as the right to data portability. In order to exercise these rights, you can apply directly to the Company.

Information on what technical and organizational measures for the processing of your personal data is applied by the device manufacturer and how it ensures the implementation of other personal data protection obligations is given in Appendix No. 1 indicated sources.

Information and its contents are not liable for Transparent Trade except for cases when Transparent Trade, having failed to ensure proper organizational and technical measures, personal data contained in equipment is accidentally or unlawfully disclosed to third parties or unauthorized persons, as well as otherwise unlawfully processed.

By implementing organizational and technical data security measures, in order to ensure the security of your personal data from accidental or illegal disclosure, as well as any other unlawful handling, we have identified a separate subnet that is used exclusively for technical repair work.

In cases where client data are temporarily copied to the Company’s media on request of the client, then they are returned to the customer’s device by deleting them from the Company’s media, and data is stored for no longer than 3 business days. After this deadline data is deleted.

Before commissioning any equipment for technical inspection, the customer is responsible for the data backup.

In the absence of technical ability to transfer data from the device, they may be erased or may be lost during warranty service in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedures.

If you disagree with processing of your personal data you have a right to contact to the Company be email info@transparent.lv and/or to the Vendor of your device by the contacts indicated in the Annex no.1. Furthermore, you may lodge a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate if the data processing may infringe your rights.
